Q. If a book shows as being in HU Law Classified, can non-law students check it out?

Yes.

If you are a Hofstra student, undergraduate or graduate, you would have access to the Law Library's collection. You would have borrowing privileges.

Items that are in the Law Classified do circulate and can be found on bookshelves throughout the library's open rooms, excluding the Reading Room and the Periodicals Room.
