Q. I am using Google Scholar off-campus but cannot retrieve full text articles.

If you are a Hofstra student or faculty member using Google Scholar from an off-campus location, you can set up Google Scholar so you can retrieve full text articles from journals that Hofstra subscribes to.  Go to the Google Scholar subject guide for detailed instructions: https://libguides.hofstra.edu/GoogleScholar

Alternatively, make sure you start with the link to Google Scholar that is provided on our Databases A-Z page here: http://libguides.hofstra.edu/az.php. This link includes our proxy information, so it will require you to log in with your Hofstra credentials (if you aren't already logged in) and then you will be able to see the Find it @ Hofstra links in Google Scholar.
