Q. Where would I find transcripts of debates in Congress?

The Congressional Record contains floor debates that take place in Congress.  For access to the electronic version of Congressional Record, go to Government Information Guide.  Click on the blue tab "Government Information by Branch" and select "Find legislative resources by type."  When that page opens, you can scroll down the center box to Congressional Record.
