To find out where in the legislative process a particular bill is, use the research database Congressional Publications. Please go to the Library homepage at  >  Databases by subject.  You may be prompted for your username and password.  You can access databases either by subject area or alphabetically by name of database (Congressional Publications). 

To access bill tracking reports, use the Bills by Number Form and enter the bill number, public law number or statute number.
