We do not offer color copying or printing for patrons in Axinn. The Hammer and Calkins Computer Labs, however, do offer color printing options for students. For more information go to http://www.hofstra.edu/About/IT/itscs/itscs_prideprint.html and click on "FAQ."
In order to use the color printers for your project you will first need to scan the material using a color scanner and print out the file(s) using the color printers mentioned above.
We have such a color scanner on the ground floor of Axinn Library across from the periodicals desk. It is a public walk-up scanning system for patrons, students, faculty, and administrators. The scanner has a full color 17" x 24" scan area; four times a letter size page! You can save the digitized pages to a USB flash drive or send them to any email address. It is free for students, faculty and staff.
